We have multiple ways of storing what we can't eat right away. Obviously we love to eat it all fresh, but that is not possible so we freeze, pressure can, and dehydrate. This gives us an abundance of options and eliminates the need to sell the fruits of our labor. 
As for selling, our location would make it easy but it's more important for us to know that our food is organic and having all the storage options eliminates that as a way to deal with an over abundance. We typically grow enough to get us through the year with some to spare....this is where dehydrating comes in handy!
