@ned I hope you do well and reach your goals with this diet. Like everything else in life if you have a good plan you will make it. I am trying to convert my diet to a more reasonable one. The bread meat and potatoes are not cutting it as I get older. One thing I can recommend if you are not doing it. 100% ORGANIC. We have been living that way for about 5 years and the only time any of us got sick was when we tried to prepare for a overseas trip. We ate GMO, pesticide laden food for two days. We were all sick, everyone for 3 days. NEVER again. If you don't know about it. Check out Azurestandard we meet a 18 wheeler once every 4 weeks to pick up most of our organic food.
