What we did for our back wall which is 100-foot retaining wall, we had two cinder block walls on the outside tied together with one-inch rebar with extra 4x4 pillars of solid concrete sitting on a 3-foot concrete anti semic base with a 4 inch gap running between the two cinder block walls rising 30 feet to the top where it is topped with a 4 foot electrified chain link fence. The four-inch gap was filled with concrete with a tune of our design. We took a four-inch drainage tube 10feet long and attached it to a 5-gallon pail fitted with a 4-inch toilet flange. we poured the wall in 10foot sections. All the cement was mixed by hand bag by bag, shovel by shovel.
