Well, it has just launched,s o it will take time for some of the existing Steemit users to go there as well as new ones to register and start using it. If your Russian is not good in writing, like mine isn't... there is probably not much point in trying to write on Golos. Sure, you can post in English, but it will probably not get as much attention as posts writen in Russian.
