Ethereum congestion doesn't bother me. If you look at http://blocktivity.info/ Ethereum has been congested for many many months, but you can still transfer any amount of Ether for less than 2 cents on 15 second block times. Compare that to 10 minute block times and no matter how clogged Ethereum is it's still going to be faster than Bitcoin on top of having smart contract functionality.
