Like @steevc says you wont gain any 'quality' followers using these methods. I used bid-bots once so am no saint but I get more interaction now than I did in those days. If people see you have 'botted' you post up they wont give your their vote. Why should they when your post is valued at $20? if their vote is 10c it wont make a difference. The difference is that you are paying for that $20 yourself, and getting nothing back. if they guy with the 10c vote gives you the vote then you are getting more. Bidbots are an illusion, you look like you are getting a fat reward, but you are getting virtually nothing.

Its just an example. Someone might read your post and think its worth that much. Dont expect votes to come flowing in. Many here dont have a full vote that is worth even 10c. Such is the low price of STEEM. Just keep away from bid-bots. Its like gambling, except you never win.
