Thank you so much. I didn't get my specs until 2009, think I was 21 then. I currently wear -1,25 but I think my power is gonna go up by the time my eyes heal. It had lowered down from -1,75 earlier and remained stable for the past year or two.  Flux has certainly made things a bit easier, although I've added cold-compress to the mix and that's helping overall. Just another phase in life, gotto pull through it haha!
