It's always there, lurking around the corner, ready to pop out and threaten you with child endangerment of threatening public safety :/ I'm in Canada, but the constitution doesn't seem to matter anywhere with authorities who are pushing their ignorant or often full-knowledge agenda to control and bring about ill health.
