It is like baby food :) And it does reminds me the one made of cornflour, but the taste is different. I prefer the rice one. And I can eat it both warm and cold. Depends what you prefer. Try it :) I normally add just 2-3 spoons of the rice flour to about 0.5 l of cold milk in a pot and then start cooking it. Just keep stirring, cause it will fall to the bottom and burn. When it starts boiling it will thicken up. Then I add some butter (or pinch of salt), some vanilla extract and cook for just 1-2 minutes more. It will be very thick. I like to put some jam or fresh fruits on top and just eat warm.
