Now please tell me how are you going to know how many of my reputation is bought vote and the one that is not upvote that is bought because it is clearly not all my post that i have written that has a paid upvote but i understand what you are trying to say but every one has done it even the big accounts on steemit do it all the time then why is it a bad thing for small account who wants to grow it juat doesn't make sense

Big accounts may be doing that, but they are not participating in SCA. It is a rule in SCA  and if they will participate it will be applicable for them also.

Maybe you are doing the best for the community or for your self and friends either way it is now looking like the rules are literally impossible to follow.
