আপনি আজ পর্যন্ত জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্র পান নাই। এদিকে এমন বিশেষ বিশেষ প্রয়োজনে যখন কাউন্সিল ভবন অর্থাৎ ইউনিয়ন কাউন্সিলে উপস্থিত হতে হয় তখন অনেক হয়রানির শিকার হতে হয়। শুধু ইউনিয়ন কাউন্সিল অফিস বলে নয়, সরকারি বিভিন্ন অফিসগুলোতে ঠিক এভাবে হয়রানির শিকার হতে হয় পাবলিকদের। আর এমন বেশ অনেক অভিজ্ঞতা আমারও রয়েছে।
