I quite understand this post but It's sad for me.
I am one of the last week's contest winners and I am yet to receive my prize. If you are to go by this new prize distribution, you may have to be fast about it please because my post is already in the 6th day. 

And secondly, I have not known about giving SP except for delegation. Can SP be sent or given to another person? Or do you mean delegation by giving?

Hi @tmighty I can do power up to someone's account with my own Steem, I just power up 0.5 steem to your account for an example. 
You will have to go to the "advanced" button and fill in the required info there.
