Seguro que todos hemos podido trabajar en algún proyecto que implique el distribuir tareas con distintas personas, de forma tal que podamos tener un equilibrio en la carga laboral y podamos tener todos labores que nos permitan avanzar sin estar colapsados y poder luego en reunión discutir lo que cada uno por su parte ha logrado, pero eso en teoría, la realidad es que no siempre ocurre así en la vida real, y es por eso que la formación de buenos equipos es un punto determinante en el buen desarrollo de una empresa o negocio.

Y esto si que se presenta un gran problema.

Es probable que al frente de todo el equipo quiera asumir determinada tarea, sin embargo, cuando les corresponde asumirla con todo el peso que corresponde no lo haga y de prioridad a otras cosas por encima del compromiso adquirido. Conocemos todos a personas así, lamentablemente, que parecen una cosa y terminan siendo otra, y si se afectan a ellas mismas, ya es su vida y verán que hacen, pero terminan por afectar al equipo y al proyecto, ahí si que es un problema aún mayor.
