The other day, I ordered three books but upon arrival, I only received 2 from 3 books I ordered. I have filed a complaint and hoping they'd read it. Yes. Hoping. It's a book I really want to read but why!?! I hate this thing. I should have order from a marketplace instead uh, their direct website.

I bought it from Books and Beyond. They have official stores across the country and specialized for import English books. It's such a pity that ordering from their official website turned to be a nightmare-ish experience. I am a regular buyer there and it's disappointing.
