Gbonge! Gbonge!! Sweet traditional contest food do show again o🀸🀸🀸. We thank God for varieties of food. What a delight to have different taste buds for variety of tasty foods.
# <center>Introduction</center>
I'm so happy to present my present my delicious meal in @steemitfood for the second time.
This time around I'm presenting a traditional meal called white Rice (oryza sativa) and stew. I know quite well, to some extent this meal it's a bit whitish πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„ because it's a wide common staple food consumed  by large part of human population in Asia and America.
But the traditional aspect is method of preparation and the meal complementary.
This is steamed white rice with fresh tomatoes source as the complementary.

* White uncooked local rice
* Fresh tomatoes
* Tomato paste
* Onions
* Vegetable oil
* Natural spices (ginger & garlic)
* Crayfish

# <center>Food procedure</center>

**Step one**
I parboiled my white rice after washing our dirt, then I added hot water to steam

After parboiling my rice, I filtered out Stone to steam.
Afterward, I had to start preparing my stew. Do you know how I started? It may surprise you because I hate frying for the health benefits of our family.
**Step two**
I blended my fresh tomatoes to start steaming πŸ˜„ during the process of steaming, I added my paste tomatoes to make it look pasty and I was stirring to avoid burning.
On the way of the paste drying up, then I added my vegetable oil. I allowed it to mix up to the the paste with my onions sliced inside it. Then I continued stirring.

Allowing the oil to heat up inside the paste, I out my salt, Maggie, blended crayfish and fresh pepper with my natural spices... stirring all along to avoid burning. 
Once the stew burns up, the taste is gone 🀨. I continue stirring till the paste is modified. Please note that I always divide my onions in two parts.
One part at the apex of preparation and the other at the finishing part to give the food a good taste. So I blended my onions together with crayfish and freshpepper.
**Step three**
Beforehand, I steamed my duck meat with natural spices; onions, fresh pepper, ginger, garlic, Maggi, thyme, salt and bay leaves without water. 
The duck meat was steamed with these spices stuck up without water. Why?πŸ€”πŸ€” The meat has water and oil , so I want it to generates it's water because that gives me the taste I need in my stew.πŸ˜„πŸ˜„
I brought out those meat after it's steamed very well for about 30 minutes. Is 30 minutes long? Duck meat is stronger and sweeter. Then I added up my water in the stew set on a heat.

 I allowed the stew on heat for about the next fifteen minutes before I set it off the fire.
**Step four**
I prepared my meat. I hate frying because of high level of cholesterol so I decided to roast. I spray enough fry pepper on the steamed meat to roast. 
We don't like eating it steamed neither do we eat it uncooked but roasted.
My parents love eating it cooked and fried but I'm not gonna fry for them because of their health.

**Step four**
I prepare my vegetables to balance the nutrients and that was spinach.
