Hoy me complace poder compartir con ustedes una reseta exclusiva para que la disfruten haciéndola en casa. La receta tiene por nombre "Salteado de carne al Orejon". Esta reseta la hice una vez y me gustó y ahora quiero compartíla con todos ustedes y es muy sencilla para hacerla y con poco ingredientes. Aquí les dejo la reseta: Reseta para una persona
>Today I am pleased to be able to share with you an exclusive recipe so that you can enjoy making it at home. The recipe is called "Sauteed meat with Orejon". I made this review once and I was guided

**Ingredientes:**

1/4 kilo de carne previamente picada en cuadros

Guasacaca para la carne:

3 hojas grandes de Orégano Orejón
1/2 cebolla pequeña
2 dientes de ajo
5 ají dulce
1 cucharada grande de mostaza
1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
Celery (opcional)
Sal al gusto


>**Ingredients:** 
>1/4 kilo of meat previously minced in squares

>Guasacaca for meat:

>3 large leaves of Oregano Orejón
1/2 small onion
2 cloves of garlic
5 sweet pepper
1 large tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon

Una vez licuado se agrega a la carne y se deja macerar por 4 hora

Después de las 4 horas se ponen a saltear en un budare o sartén. 
>After 4 hours they start to sauté in a budare or frying pan.

Cuando haya terminado en ese sartén se le agrega la guasacaca que quedó para hacer una salsa con eso agregándole una cucharada de papelón. 
>When it is finished in that pan, add the remaining guasacaca to make a sauce with that by adding a tablespoon of papelón. 

Al terminar se le agrega arriba a la carne una vez ya decorada.
>When finished, it is added to the top of the meat once it has been decorated.
