Hello Steemit Foods family 🥀
Today is my first post here, I'm pretty excited.
I came with a nice practical full summer meal.
Bulgur pilaf with tomatoes and peppers is a pilaf that makes the pots of almost all households click once or several times a week. It does not tire the budget, the materials are always at hand. Whether it is accompanied by vegetable or meat dishes, it is a feast for the palate. But it is a little difficult to find the one who does the best. Because bulgur pilaf has a certain measure to keep its flavor secrets and consistency. The recipe is like bulgur pilaf with tomatoes.

For example, lots of tomatoes should be used. It should also be flavored with spices. The garlic onion must be there too. Let's not prolong it any further. Here are all the secrets of taste...

Materials

1-Tomatoes
2-Onion
3-Green pepper
4-Liquid oil
5-Salt, pepper, paprika
 
Fabrication

1-Peel the onion skins and chop finely.
Take it into the rice cooker with the liquid oil. Start roasting.

2-Then dice the tomatoes and green pepper and add them.
I used canned.

3-Then add the spices and mixed tomato paste.

4-After the tomatoes have wilted, add the bulgur and continue to fry well.

5-Add water to it, mix it, close the lid and let it cook on medium heat until the water evaporates.

6-After 10-15 minutes on average, cover the bottom of the bulgur pilaf that absorbs its water and let it brew for 20 minutes at room temperature.
