NUTRITIVO DESAYUNO

    Hola mis amigos de #SteemFoods, hoy realice este nutritivo desayuno para empezar el día con mucho entusiasmo, como todos sabemos el desayuno es la comida mas importante para nuestro organismo,  ya que nos aporta energía para empezar nuestro día  100% activos.

   A continuación les presento los ingredientes y pasos de preparación, espero que sea de su agrado y logren ponerlo en practica en casa.

                              INGREDIENTES.

 Para la preparacion de la  CREPS de harina de trigo necesitamos:

 •  1 TAZA DE HARINA DE TRIGO.
 • 1/2 TAZA DE AGUA.
 •  2 CUCHARADAS DE AZÚCAR. 
 •  1 PIZCA DE SAL.

                         PREPARACION.

    Hechamos la harina de trigo en un tazón, la azúcar, sal, 1/2 taza de agua y mezclamos.

  Ponemos una sarten al fuego, le untamos aceite y hechamos la mezcla, hasta cocinar por ambos lados.

   Cuando este lista, le untamos mantequilla, agregamos queso enrollamos y picamos en rueditas.

  Para la preparación de la CREPS de huevo necesitamos:

  • 2 HUEVOS DE GALLINA.
  •  ALIÑOS PICADOS " CEBOLLA, AJÍES, PIMENTÓN, TOMATE"
  • CONDIMENTOS " PIMIENTA NEGRA, ORÉGANO SECO, SAL"

                       PREPARACIÓN.

 Se pican los aliños, se baten los huevos, luego se le agrega los aliños, y condimentos al huevo batido y mezclamos.

 Al tener la mezcla lista la llevamos al sarten hasta cocinarse por ambos lados, luego enrrollamos y picamos en rueda.
