zeugen/ witnesses sind jene die die blöcke schreiben hier auf der chain - das system am laufen halten. die top21 bestimmen auch mitbestimmen auch einen teil der blockchain-politik. da ich selber mit den letzten hardforks in keinster weise einverstanden war und bin, habe ich alle TOP-witnesses abgewählt und versuche mein glück auf den hinteren rängen.
natürlich würde ich auch all die schlechten flag-witnesses wie die cleaner oder markymark niemals wählen.

indem du nen witness votest, bzw auch jemanden als proxy einsetzt (mein gestriger post) entscheidest du mit deiner Steempower mit.
das ranking der witnesses ergibt sich aus der steempower der eingehenden witness-votes. eingehende oder ausgehende delegationen haben da allerding keinen wert - es zählt rein deine erarbeitete/erkaufte sp.
