Those look just delicious, @lizelle. It's a small world. Those dates are grown by a company that a good friend of mine does the marketing and branding for. I had my apple & banana muffins at the market the other day, but ended up with a potential customer who's allergic to bananas. Any ideas?

Thank your friend, it's wonderful finding those dates in more and more fresh produce stores as well as the spice shops, they are absolutely yum! I'm sure grated apples would also work well in this recipe. Thanks for your valued feedback!
