Good to know meditation helped you! I do it sometimes, or rarely, LOL but it's cos I'm always sleepy so when I try to meditate I just straight up go sleep haha. I should do it more often though

Haha well sometimes I fall asleep too but when you get the hang of it you can control it and just focus on your inhale and exhale. Yeah yeah do it more often! ❤️
