I agree with you, we all need a time of recreation and fun, it can't all be work, plus the body and mind get sick if we don't give them rest. That is why it is important to organize or plan, establish a schedule of our activities is excellent and so we can write down our hours or minutes of rest or perform certain activities that allow us to refresh the mind.
