I do believe the reason why some sophisticated companies sign contracts with their staffs when hiring them is so they can have all the right to take action when they breach the contract. I actually enjoyed reading this. Thanks a lot

Contract signing is one way to ascertain an employee's loyalty to the job but not a guarantee for good character. Questionable job ethics and characters doesn't imply questionable personalities that's where contracts do not cover. Employment process is the only way to filter the good and the bad. In most cases practical interviews in eateries can do, since a lot of personalities can be tested by a waiter or waitress.
