This community rule will be about 5 months. Since the first day, I have expressed our goal and what our aim is many times. We have been instrumental in many women preparing posts. We encouraged women to be active by supporting each other. We just wanted women to write posts and earn money without hesitation.

No favoritism has ever been applied to any of the women in this community. We made every effort to ensure that everyone gets an equal vote. We tried to solve the problems of women from every country on Discord channel or telegram channel. And our efforts apart from that;

• **Questions were answered kindly,**

• **Rewards were provided to women for delegation**,

• **Awards for encouragement were given to women who made extra effort.**

• **We have chosen topics that women can participate in and are easy to participate in.**

Our effort and effort for this community is enormous. As all women are aware, I have tried to do whatever needs to be done for the community. Because I dreamed of putting myself in your shoes. That's why I spoke to you in a sincere language. Of course, it would make me happy to receive my time and effort. I took care to organize activities that would be beneficial for Steemit. I did not go beyond being fair in doing these.

I'm trying hard for this. The purpose of my preparation for this post was to collect all the information in the same post. •You know that our posts are supported by curators. In addition, the 5 posts I choose every day are supported by the curators. I have never used any steem in the steem women club wallet for personal expenses. But I didn't know that it was also forbidden. Because while there are a lot of bands shooting steem, I didn't think of it being wrong. In addition, I took my last 500 steem to take advantage of the price rise and fall in the stock market. The price was to buy more steems from low to power, steem power. This way, the community could get you more votes and more curatorial votes. That's why I did wıthdraw steem. I did not spend 1 steem for my own expenditure. In these cases, of course, I have to spend. I spend from my personal account. I would like this to be known. Being misunderstood can be my biggest fear in this life. Because while you are making this effort for your women, it will upset me and you if the votes are cut. As I always say, this community is for all of us.

 •Even though I appeared to be the first to do this, I was the one who was warned. Therefore, there will be no shooting time that the curators do not allow. I will get stronger as needed with Steem power. And you will be voted in this way. It saddens me that the curators cut the game for you. I valued this community more than my personal account. And as long as I stay alive, I will continue to manage and promote this community on the steemit platform. I will do more for women to win and stay motivated. While doing these, I will earn income from my personal account by considering my own family and children.

• **Choose words with care**

• **If you are going to post on the contest, make sure you follow all the rules.**

• **Finally, interact with women in the community.**

• **Have the patience to vote on your curators. The curators carefully choose to make the posts specific to this platform.

•First of all, you should be aware that we are not curators. We can vote for you thanks to the delegation power of the community. This is different for every community. The more you delegate, the stronger the community. As a community, we provide voting support for most quality posts, taking into account voting power.

•Second, we only send quality posts to the curators by selecting daily quality posts and selecting contest winners. It is up to you whether you get votes. It doesn't always mean that everyone will get votes. No curator's vote is guaranteed, and so is his community.

• It can be hurt to insist on asking for votes. As a community manager, I strive to ensure that everyone gets a fair vote. There is no separate tolerance for anyone!

•Everyone should have equal voting rights in this community. We are paying more attention to the posts of delegates only. By changing their names, we emphasize the names because of their support for the community.

• I do not manage any curator accounts. As the curators themselves say, no votes are guaranteed and they don't vote for every post. They are also very busy even if they want to give, you should wait instead of questioning. @steemcurator01 Of course I want you to get votes, but remember that quality posts will be rated. As a community manager, I take great care in selecting your quality articles and submitting them to the curators.

• I would like to state that the Award Support has changed. As part of the Community Support Program, we support further votes for quality posts. We read your articles carefully • Be patient for the curators to vote. Curators carefully choose to post specific to this platform. You can specify this tag with #steemexclusive.

• I send 5 quality posts to curators every day that don't get votes. In this way, we try to support unrated quality posts. I will continue to select quality contest posts that have not received votes.
In order to avoid seeing it unfair that I can't pick someone's post every day, I choose quality posts that don't get any votes for a week.
