Stunning photos Aimee! And what a yummy salad sandwich. Good enough to enter #fruitsandveggiesmonday, why don't you delight @lenasveganliving with your edible creations? Have you ever tried baking gluten free bread @canadianrenegade? I have two really yummy recipes - one a spicy breakfast bread and the other a zucchini loaf - but I have yet to actually bake them....

Thank you @buckaroo! Oh, I checked out #fruitsandveggiesmonday and it looks like I just missed the deadline. I will keep that in mind for future posts though so thabjs for sharing. I have not tried baking gluten free bread yet. I think I am just a little nervous about all the trial and error it might take to actually turn out well. I may just have to try your recipes though as they have piqued my interest. Do share when you can. -Aimee

Well now you have inspired and challenged me to actually start baking. It's easy doing gluten free flat (pan) bread or even cakes but the fluffy bread concept is intimidating. I'll decide between the two recipes and you'll be hearing back soon.....unless it flops
