What a great post and happy you got a curie. Your land is gorgeous, your olive tree is so lovely and looks so good in her new spot. I am an empath and huge lover of trees as well, it is so understandable your attachment from my perspective and you explained your experience very well. She looks great and those crystals must be making her very happy, I would suggest a few more things: talk to her (even telepathically) as you must be doing, sing to her, if you have a drum then drum to her, as a Native American medicine woman (in training) I would blow sage on her and thanking Mother Earth for the transition. Spread some tobacco around in thankfulness to Spirit for the successful move, and hold a ceremony for her that says welcome to your new home and that she is loved. I realize you may be saying these things already but these are things I do. Sharing your energy with her as you stated is wonderful, by placing your hands on her and communicating.
