The ICO people are bascially asking people to promote them in exchange for bounties. I don't see how the same kind of aggregation will not take place on Steemit too. It surely won't be as bad as Reddit I guess, but I feel the important thing for us to realize is that we all have to decide the worth of an ICO for ourselves and only invest in those we believe in..It is becoming really scary with a 'Whitepaper'and an ICO coming up for everything imaginable from selling music to launching games..
