They got woodgas generators that can power ic engines, too. Brazil went all alcohol years ago. Transportation is the problem with it. It rusts out the pipelines, and trucking it is a bad idea because of the odds of a spark. It would make local distillers, and farmers, rich, and that is a political nightmare.
