As you already know, I have started to scratch the surface of researching my genealogy as well. It is interesting to say the least and it really is like working a big jig saw puzzle. Its made me feel connected to the past and proud all at the same time. It might shock you to know that although I have mainly an extrovert personality, I can be a bit of an introvert at times. Especially the older I get.

Hi @debralee from what I have gleaned along the way, introverts can appear (at times, at least) to be extroverted - which I know from experience is certainly true. Being a part of Steemit and posting comments, from my own p.o.v at least, can be enormously nerve-wracking even as I force myself to interact. So I'm sure it is the same in reverse for an extrovert. Most of us would be neither fully one thing or another, which puts me in mind of the yin-yang symbol and how it depicts life. As for the genealogy research - I am excited for you! I love helping people, even is some small way; and I love helping people to empower themselves too. I've always said it feels a lot like being a private investigator, this delving into people's lives. :D I also like the way it can make us feel so anchored, no matter what the future holds we have this solid line back that is immutable.
