As long as "the state" has a monopoly on land ownership and military, there can be no free market at all. Military and land "rent" or "licenses" will be the new taxation. And "the state" will still do whatever it wants, rules won't apply to rulers. Taxation is not the main evil of the state, but monopoly on violence.
