Last night while coming home from my parents, I was going through a light, that happened to turn yellow while I entered. The big 350 truck in the left hand turn lane was not paying attention, and just decided to turn. I had to shift over 2 lanes and still was almost hit by a person who had no idea I was there. It was night, but my head lights were on, and there was really no excuse for it. They we just very distracted in their truck, and with that size of a vehicle you need to be paying attention, or you are going to kill someone. My dad always says that it is not you who you have to watch out for, but the other people. So right, this would have been a bad accident if I also was not paying 100% attention to the situation. I am glad that I am okay, and that the Lord has granted me anther day, but it is a reminder that life can be gone in a flash.
