I have a friend who was an addicted in alcohol and cigar.  When we invited him to join our organization everything changed. He never expected that he can overcome it. We change his lifestyle and activities. He is surrounded with people who  are into entrepreneur and religious. Right now, he is one of our youth leader. My point is, its all about changing your lifestyle and your daily activities into something useful for yourself and community.
