Nice Place For A Retreat!

Every January of the year, it is a "ritual" that most agencies will organize a short retreat to just focus on business planning for that year itself. This is my 3rd one and looking forward to many more to come!

#### THE RETREAT PLACE
I remembered that back in 2016 and 2017, the place that we went is Eagle Ranch Resort, Port Dickson and Swiss-Garden Beach Resort Damai Laut, Perak. Instead of choosing a resort, this time we rent a villa in Genting Sempah - The Bird of Paradise Villa!

The villa can fit around 40-50 people and this place is very well facilitated! It's so big that I doubt I've "explore" every corner of it.

#### THE MAIN POINT!
My goal for my business this year is to actually *help 48 persons to manage their insurance portfolio and to do wealth distribution planning for them*. Adding up both will be a *RM450k business turnover*. Not my usual goal that I'd set 2 years back because I'd yet to qualify to do wealth preservation + distribution planning back then. Am only qualified around 2 months back on 23rd November 2017!

Just when I thought that doing insurance planning for my clients is difficult, helping client to give the best possible solution for their wealth preservation and distribution is even much more higher level than that! The amount of brain juice needed... perhaps maybe one person's brain juice also will not be enough. Certain complicated cases are needed to be discussed with a few leaders. Looking forward for more exciting cases this year!
