I don't know what he's really reading these days as most of it is on his phone so I don't know if he is pushing himself a lot. He can easily read 8-12 hours every day. Some days other than eating, sleeping, and the restroom that is all he does. I do that too. He's seen me read all of his life. However, he can do that for a month straight that what I just described are the only activities he does.

Get him on Steemit, eh? He might like my stuff. Not to self-advertise, but I know I write stuff inspired by thousands of books I've read, and he might catch references that I bet many people miss. Still, I wouldn't view his existence or hobby as a problem. He might just need one last book, one last spark, before the fire within him awakens. Or maybe he needs something terrible to happen. Or a boy/girlfriend, or whatever would make him happy. I dunno, I don't think I have any advice left. I just have a feeling that things will be fine for him, if given two more years maybe. There is science hinting at the idea that late-bloomers who are still intelligent, may also bloom brightest, so there shouldn't be any fear or worry here. Just love.
