It was a first for me also, reverse engineering a recipe based on its characteristics and brewing that on a 30L batch was quite a challenge and the first time I ever did it. I aimed for a good clone of Hop & Liefde, but in the end I am just hoping for a great beer, no matter how similar or not. I had a great time man, thanks for coming over and helping with the Brew. Try to come next weekend when we bottle these bad boys. As for the Ramen, you can give me a call anytime to go there again, that place is Baller.
