Wow! I'm actually surprised to hear the 1st class thing, but I shouldn't be. The Red Cross received half a billion to help Haiti after their earthquake yet only a handful of permanent homes were ever provided to anyone!

And red cross is usually the first in line when there's a calamity..generally. Although another friend of a friend knew someone in a grass root level that says red cross philippines delivers. Red cross UK I dont trust.
