You need to start grounding TODAY. by grounding, I mean, electrically connect yourself to the earth. The biggest cause of the various physical and psychological disease epidemics of the last 100 years is radio waves suppressing the earth's natural resonance frequencies. You don't absorb them simply by being earthed.
