Hey @rmach! It is one of the books that I am currently reading and I am at 66% deep in it. 

 You are right. People should be invested in others if the want them to be invested in you. It is exactly like that here on Steemit. If you wish that people read and invest their time in you, you have to do the  same and you have to be genuine about it as well. 

Like I said I am about half in that book, but is really helping me to put things into perspective. 

Listening is important. Especially with open mind and humble soul. That is the way I see myself I have learned and grown the most.
