The last one's teeth are visible too, are you sure you don't like them? ;D I can't imagine that many men in their 20s would be particularly drawn to those lips either. Extreme modifications take things outside of the realm of natural and most people are averse to that. After all, we subconsciously choose our partners on traits that we feel desirable in our offspring. Do we really want to gift our offspring with something that will get them turn to pieces at school?
