I could not see myself doing this as the point of volunteering is to give and not to receive in return. It is similar to the charity issue that happens with donations as they are diluted among administrative expenses and the benefactors in need only receive a small portion of the donations received. It is truly a big part of my hope for blockchain. It is already happening, but I hope to see bigger initiatives. Fundition is a good start. I find it a little confusing in layout for people to work with, but at least the tool is there. And STEEM is a great currency for cross-border micro-payments. I may reach out to the Fundition team and see what can be done to increase their reach some (and make the site more intuitive).
