Think about it, what's the point of hurting the past? Does anger continue to serve you even in the present? The obvious answer is - no, anger only brings more anger to your smile, as a kind of glue that connects innumerable anger, which may eventually be explosive. Instead of being a cocoon, begin to forgive, your haters, the people who made you bad, the guy who angered you, the solution is to send everyone love, why? Because you deserve peace.

I like your solution @nirgf! Although I do agree that anger is fruitless, it can be useful initially in assisting to move forward from something... if channeled correctly.
