Wow @cali-girl. Another one of your posts that could very well have come from my very own keyboard. I couldn't agree more with your priority assignment and agree that thinking this way leaves you on the social fringe.

I'll add that just yesterday I was doing another of my "classic culls"; this time sorting through and binning old material from former jobs and educational courses. What lept out at me was the extent of effort, resources and more broadly my life that I'd put into these undertakings... at the cost of life's more valuable pursuits.

Sobering!
