I agree with you 100%.
Since I told the truth in my first book my life changed.
I learned how to say "NO" and to draw boundaries. 
I learned how to speak the truth without fear. 
This is the greatest thing to do in life.

Finding our deepest honesty is like discover a diamond in our heart, it can give us the strenght to make wise choice and change our lives. I experimented it as well :-) I wrote a 10 page text about it, but I am not ready yet to publish it on steemit. I think ppl want my parodies. They will not give a shit.

But I need to translate my text that is originally written in French.
