Hello,@pennyroll :) Thank you :) Yes,little rest or peaceful walk is always good idea :)!lately I do this : if I'm tired and I need to reboot my mind, I just wear warm clothes,jacket and go out on the balcony with a cup of tea and music in my headphones ( in my country, now cold winter and -5/-13 degrees on the street) . 10-15-30 minutes on the balcony and I recharged with fresh energy :)!

Yes the cold air and hot tea can definitely wake you up and revitalize you, I'm more of a coffee type :) It's been cold here to is your temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit? Here it's been getting warmer, and raining on the snow :( I think what would recharge me the most is a trip up to the ski resort, that sounds fantastic!
