Practically speaking: Will utopian "just" be another hashtag of steemit and the utopian account with its voting power rewards the entries on utopian? How will the distribution of upvotes be by the bot? Who decides what contribution is worth how much? edit btw: thx for the quick answers

@doodlebear good points. Atm Utopian is going to be managed by human beings, not bots and will never be managed by bots. I believe voting bots are bad for this community. In the next releases, accounts with big reputation and contributions inside Utopian will have a way to upvote through the Utopian account itself most probably. It is technically doable, just requires some time. For now I am reviewing each one and voting the contributions that clearly worth it. Also Utopian is powered by delegation and the wallet is public. If somehow delegators don't like how Utopian is behaving, they can just stop delegating :)

Ok. Can I also make suggestions what to do next and then you/other whales tell me how much it is worth as an upvote? I'd find an auction system interesting where you make a suggestion what to do for open source and then users can vote and at the end the available voting power of the day is distributed to projects with the most votes which deliver on time. And: If you can tell me where I can look up who much of my Steem Power I have delegated where I will delegate the remaining SP to you (but it's not much..).
