It's usually smaller than burritos and the skin wrap is thinner. I don't think you can get the skin wrap easily in Europe but other than the wikipedia, you can refer to this recipe for the stuff that goes into it.

Maybe you can substitute with a thin wrap/pita bread .... unless you think you can do this I found from youtube.
