3 hours before going to bed, can't to eat food.
Brush your teeth half an hour before eating, so you won’t eat the bacteria in your mouth.
Brush your teeth after meals to avoid tooth decay
Go to sport 1 hour before going to bed to help sleep
Eat only 70% , will well digest and health
Drink water every hour to help the body .
