What would have to happen for a society convinced that every body is corrupt to be changed into one that practice honesty as the best policy?
<p>Very good points. It would definitely require a national effort and some legislations and example. I still want to belive that even f politicians can't be totally honest, due to the very nature of their office, they can at least be effective, efficient, ad visionaries as to conceive a better society  they can get some credit for.</p>
