Even with this similar feeling between the two, there is a big and clear difference between the two.<\/p>\n<p>Lust in my opinion is directed more towards sex when we are talking about a person. It is all about an exaggerated feeling of wanting someone so bad that you do anything to get what you want. Sometimes it even involves hurting the person in question. As long as you get what you want, it is okay. You see, lust is selfish and self centered. It does not consider the well being of the person you are lusting after. It is all about satisfying that burning desire in you. And once that desire is satisfied, what happens next is the marker of lust. Once you finally get what you so badly wanted, which is in most cases sex, the feelings of liking the person disappear. You even tend to hate them more than you ever liked them.<\/p>\n<p>Love on the other hand is an intense feeling too but more considerate and controllable that lust. It unselfish and considers the welfare of the one you love above everything. Love always involves loving a person's entire personality and not just an aspect of them. <\/p>\n<p>Sometimes, an easy way to simply determine what you truly feel if it is love or lust is ask yourself the simple question: why are my so crazy about this person or thing?
