Colds are indicators that something is happening with your body. What I do to prevent them are the following :

- Sleep / Rest : I rest and sleep for a couple of hours when I feel I have colds. I just find that when I'm stressed and tired, my immune system doesn't function the way it used to be. So, I sleep for around complete 8 hours to make sure my body is well rested.

- Drink atleast 8 glasses of water : Water is actually the advice of many doctors to treat colds. Its the thing I am used to because it is. I drink around 8 glasses of water (or about 2-3 liters) per day and will continue it for the next days and I'll found out that I'm already okay.

- Exercise and perform physical activities : I play basketball and sweating activities this is for me to be healthy and sweat because whenever I play, I am used to play physical activities and I feel very healthy that time.

I hope that helps.

" |
